Say hello to Lagree Fitness: a revolutionary workout that combines strength, endurance, and core stability through slow, controlled movements. Using state-of-the-art Megaformers, each 50-minute session activates over 600 muscles, delivering a full-body transformation that's challenging but still makes you want to come back for more.

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines strength, endurance, and core stability. Using state-of-the-art Megaformers, this method delivers a full-body workout that challenges and transforms.

Absolutely! Lagree is perfect for all fitness levels. Our certified instructors guide you through each movement, offering modifications and ensuring proper form throughout class.

While both methods focus on controlled movements, Lagree adds resistance training and intensity through the Megaformer. This creates a more challenging workout that combines strength training with core stability.

With regular practice (3-4 classes per week), you'll notice improved strength, muscle definition, flexibility, and core stability. The low-impact nature of Lagree means you can train consistently without stressing your joints.

Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and can be purchased at the studio. Don't forget your water bottle!
